Fatima Bihya (born in Rabat, Morrocco) is a Canadian business executive, consultant, and author. She is an author and information technology strategist at Bihya Management Consulting (BiMC). Fatima Bihya is the author of the book Conventional Way Is Dead… Innovation and Creativity Is the Way to Survive: Disruption through Creativity and Innovation Is the Way to Survive.
She completed her engineering degree in computer science at the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA) in 1981 and 1984, respectively. Fatima Bihya pursued a Master of Science in computer science at Alabama A&M University Graduate School, which she completed in 1993. In 2004, she received a PhD in cognitive computing from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Subsequently, Fatima Bihya attended the School of Management Sciences and completed an MBA in technology management and business management in 2008.
Fatima Bihya began her career as a senior consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 1994, focusing on technical team management, integration architecture, and application and data architecture design in Dubai, UAE. She later worked at NCR Corporation, delivering IT mandates for clients across Europe, Middle East, and North of Africa until 2000.
Fatima Bihya joined CGI at Montréal, Canada, as a professional services manager, where she contributed to strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and solution delivery for different corporate in Montreal, Canada. Among which Desjardins, MIDI (Minister of immigration), Stanrd-Life, RONA serving as the director of enterprise and solution architecture.

Fatima Bihya became a senior advisor in enterprise architecture and strategic planning at Desjardins Movement in 2012. She transitioned to the National Bank of Canada in 2013, working as senior director of advanced analytics, enterprise data management, and governance.
In 2016, she began working as a senior advisor in organizational digital transformation and IT governance at the Ministry of Immigration, Diversity, and Inclusion in Montreal. She later joined Hydro Quebec as a senior consultant for solution architecture and data governance in 2018.
Fatima Bihya continued her work in digital transformation and governance at the MIDI (Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration), where she held the position of senior advisor starting in 2019. She also took on roles at KPMG Canada as senior manager for Business Intelligence and Governance and at Desjardins GPAP as senior business/IT architecture advisor.
In 2022, she worked as a senior IT strategies consultant at BiMC and then joined the Ministry of Cybersecurity and Digital Affairs of Quebec as a strategist and enterprise architect in the following year. Fatima Bihya moved her carrier more as author has been serving as an author and technology strategist at Bihya Management Consulting since 2023.
